Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain personal care items, perishable goods, and clearance/final sale items cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty/personal care products are not eligible.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return
